Nazip Khamitov has a PHD in philosophy, he is a writer, a leading researcher and a Colleague at the institute of philosophy, and he is a founder of Meta-Anthropology: the study of the daily, highest and furthering of the being of humans. Author of more than 20 books, of which most well-known are: “Philosophy: Being, Human and World,” “Loneliness of Men and Women,” “Aphorism of Force,” and “Ethics: The Path to Beautiful Relations”. The last of which was co-authored by Svitlana Krylova.

Joerg, you are a member of the Basic Income Earth Network (BIEN) and the German “Basic Income Network”. What is the present status of the discussion?

In June of 2008 I was invited to the 12th BIEN Congress, which took place in Dublin, Ireland. I got the impression, that the idea of Basic Income is something like a “new religion”. The campaigners gave each other a pat on the back, but they are afraid to tell others of their thoughts. At the same time, they look at the development in Germany and wait.
