SMI²LE - View to the Future

I am absolutely convinced that all of humanity and mankind has been criminally harmed in some way or another. Mainly, the use of nuclear energy, which happens to be an economical way to satisfy our electric power needs, is also endangers the future inhabitants of this world who are completely being forgot about.

I am positive that manufacturing automobiles which require more than six liters of gasoline for every one-hundred kilometers should be considered a crime. It is also a crime to ignore the effects of a climatic catastrophe, which will affect generations to come.

Unfortunately, the overrated commercial economy is not capable of taking responsibility for numerous times it has lead the world to economical instability. Therefore, it is necessary to instill strict laws, failure to do so is a crime in itself. It is unlawful to solve financial problems by imposing taxes on society’s poorer citizens. As for the unstable capitalistic system, it is not worth trying to defend it, for capitalism is the reason for many financial problems experienced in the world.

This statement is not to be mistaken as praise for socialism, nor for communism, nor an irrational bashing of capitalism, capital is necessary, because money is an irreplaceable means of exchange. However, we cannot allow for capital to become more important than democracy or human beings, this would be as if suddenly the sun would start spinning around Earth. But thank God that this will never be the case, and no manipulative world organization will make this an objective. For these reasons, gluttonous criminals should be forbidden from pursuing their menacing intentions.

In order for a company to successfully change the already adopted concepts and strategies, it is important, in advance, to rally as many coworkers as possible from all levels. Communication within the company and teamwork among employees must be emphasized and held in great esteem. A company with a solidified communicative foundation, where the management is honest, clear, and faithful to its employees, would not suffer from such a great impact during a financial crisis, but perhaps it would prosper while others struggle. This company might even attract more consumers. Companies that make communicating with their shareholders, coworkers, clients, suppliers, and other business partners a priority are likely to surpass the competition.

Recently I read: «In the opinions of several well known Western scientists, there are only 150 million people of the world’s population who have true creative genes.  People with these creative genes are ones who actively generate ideas and the cities in which they live in will flourish.»

I agree with this statement. Creativity has long ago established itself as the primary driving force of human evolution. However, it is important for the creative minds to realize creativity and be open to the ideas of others. Then, taking time to decide whether these ideas are vital for our lives or not.

The employer’s responsibilities: to keep a positive outlook on the future and create an employee friendly environment for all to see a visible growth in their career. The employers must offer a positive and gratifying environment to have a satisfied and trustworthy workforce. The manager should have a charismatic personality, be a good example for employees, directing them to execute their tasks, and still projecting a positive attitude.

Employers must not overlook the necessity of an adequate salary to motivate the employees, but also us other means to show the employees that their work is valued. It is crucial to compliment, express your satisfaction, and recognize the employees’ achievements. It is also important to remember that all people are different and they value different things. Initially, I thought that money was more valued in Ukraine than it is in Germany, because it’s more essential.
